EU-Kommission prüft VDM-Übernahme durch Aperam vertieft
Die Europäische Kommission hat eine vertiefte Prüfung der geplanten Übernahme des deutschen Nickelspezialisten VDM Metals durch den Edelstahlkonzern Aperam eingeleitet. Gegenwärtig gibt es der Brüsseler Behörde zufolge Bedenken, dass der Zusammenschluss den Wettbewerb auf dem Markt für Nickellegierungen einschränken könnte. Bis spätestens 16.
