BEIJING, Nov 6 (Reuters) – China’s gold output in the first three quarters of 2018 fell 7.46 percent from a year earlier to 289.75 tonnes, the China Gold Association said on Tuesday. Gold consumption in China rose 5.08 percent on-year to 849.7 tonnes, the association said in a statement on its website. China is the world’s biggest producer and consumer of the precious metal.
