Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland will die Hongkong-Konvention zum Schiffsrecycling ratifizieren. Das Kabinett hat gestern einen entsprechenden Gesetzentwurf beschlossen, mit dem die verfassungsrechtlichen Voraussetzungen für den Beitritt Deutschlands geschaffen werden.
